Chloe Bluebird Mustooch
Vice Chair
Chloe Bluebird Mustooch is an artist, educator and published illustrator of children’s books that bring Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities together. Born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Bluebird was raised on Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation where she is a member and is a graduate of the Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver.
Bluebird is a seamstress, beadworker, illustrator, painter and sculptor who has built her own creative practice while working and teaching at a leading art gallery in Edmonton for several years. Currently, Bluebird is a member of the team at Canadian Geographic Education and is proud to be the first Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society’s Indigenous Fellowship Program. Chloe is very excited to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Roots of Resilience Charter School Society.
