Alice Berger

Elder

Elder Alice Berger is a Cree Métis Elder, Knowledge Keeper, Healer, and Educator. She offers guidance,wisdom, and Indigenous teachings to support community relationships and advance reconciliation efforts. Alice is frequently consulted for her expertise on protocol, Indigenous perspectives, and teachings for both youth and adults.

She serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Friendship Centre in Rocky Mountain House. As a respected Elder within the community, she is often requested to conduct Blessing and Smudging ceremonies at various events. Alice was recently awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal from Otipemisiwak (Metis Government).
